Anyork Infrared Red Light Therapy Device The infra-red / red light device arrived in a sturdy cardboard box with each of the pieces protected by foam. It was in perfect condition. The set was thoughtfully assembled to have everything needed to use the device. In addition to the device, there is a fabric drawstring bag to store the device, a USB-C cable, dark green glasses to protect eyesight, a cloth to clean the glasses, three different size straps, and a user manual. The manual has clear illustrations and directions. The only thing that was not perfectly clear from the manual was that to start the device is you have to press the on button for 2 seconds to turn it on and then quickly press it again to start. There is a sticker on the device that explains that better. The manual did a good job explaining all of the questions I had about using the device. For example: don't use it over clothes and ointments; use it one or two times a day for 20 minutes; full treatment is usually 10-15 days. The device is very compact. It is 2.75" x 2" x 1.25" and it weights almost 4 ounces. The treatment area is about 2' x 1.25" I think that is good a perfect size for joint pain, neck pain or localized pain. There are three different straps. The smallest is 8" of usable length that would work for wrist, and ankles, 14 " for neck, ebows and knees and 27". The velcro-like closure on the belts attach to anywhere on the belt so you can make them very short or attach them together. The attachment is very strong and can hold the device in place. The belts are well made. The device is. well made also. It is made of metal and glass (I think). The side with the lights is smooth with no rough or irritating parts. It is rounded so it is easier to be active while using it. The on/off switch and the mode switch are large (about 1/2 inch) and work well when pressed. The device lights up to indicate the time (5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes) and the mode (various wave settings). It is easy to set up and use. I could see the red lights glowing and my skin started feeling warm after a while. The is an alarm that beeps when device turns off at the end of the selected time. There are 2 lightwaves. The red light is 660nm which might help with muscle soreness and inflammation. The infrared light is 850 nm which might reduce pain. The treatment area is small for targeted areas. The various straps and size of the device means it is versatile enough to use in different areas of the body. I feel like it has helped relieve temporary soreness in my neck, though I have not finished the full 10-15 days of treatment yet. At 199.99, the device is a good value for the set.
